The Spanish Audiencia Nacional has ruled the suspension of a strike organised by Spanish soccer players with a precautionary measure. This measure, the first of its kind, causes serious doubts. Specially, because until now only an executive power’s measure could suspend the exercise of a strike. Definitely, the measure opens worrying scenarios for the right to strike.
