And 'know, in fact, as the vast distances through both physically and culturally the urban areas of large cities lead for the first time in that very fact, the need to establish new communication tools, able to become mediators of a social reality where 'anonymity and alienation between these different groups contributed to cause uncertainty and confusion of values ​​of individual personality. The moment is now clear that the fundamentals of human communication can not reside simply in communicative relations offers direct proximity with each other or existing neighborhood relations, many scholars, from a theoretical analysis of social facts , repent the opportunity to point out new ethical guidelines for the conduct individual communicative, adapted to the new reality that had come to be in what could be defined as a process of "globalization" in the urban dimension.
