Qualità, durata e modalità di erogazione della pubblicazione

The script is about three characters related to the legislation on public information: the requirements of data quality (how it should be the information), the timing of publicity (when the information must be divulged) and the degree of visibility that must be ensured to the data (where must be placed the information). This is done through an analysis of Articles 6, 8 and 9 of Italian Legislative Decree 33/2013, as amended by Legislative Decree 97/2016

Lo scritto tratta di tre caratteri relativi alla normativa sui dati pubblici: i requisiti la qualità dei dati (come deve essere l'informazione), le tempistiche della pubblicità (quando deve essere divulgata l'informazione) e il grado di visibilità che deve essere assicurato ai dati (dove deve essere collocata l'informazione). Ciò avviene attraverso un'analisi degli articoli 6, 8 e 9 del decreto legislativo 33/2013, come modificato dal decreto legislativo 97/2016
