Thinking about historic resources: a proposed guidance document

The ISCEAH Sub-comm.ittee on ln-Use wishes to guide commtmities around the world ln preserving, conserving and rehabilitating historie eartheo resources worldwide. The Sub-comm.ittee seeks to guide through a comprehensive illustrated document that can be easily disserninated. The document will assemble an illustrated glossary of terminology as well as a methodology for approachiog work on a historie resource, including documentatioo and evaluation, assessment of best treatrnent/levels of intervention. and assessment of attainable and sustainable resul ts. The document wi iJ also use community case studies from around the world as illustrative examples.
