Prepositions and prepositional phrases are a very interesting topic for contact linguistics, as both lexical and morphosyntactic levels are involved.This paper deals with prepositional forms of the Slavic of Molise (a minority variety spoken in the Southern Italy), and tries to understand how lexical borrowing and syntactic interference of languages in contact play their role in language change processes.

Abstract
