The present contribution focuses on some cultural dynamics highlighted in some archaeological sites of Southern Sardinia in the Roman age. The analysis of the cultural and religious processes of interaction, evidenced both by changes and persistence within the sacred areas and by the votive offerings coming from them, has always been a stimulating field of study. In this paper, attention will be focused on some places of worship located in coastal urban centres on the island of Sardinia, where some female deities are worshipped, whose sphere of competence is linked to the protection of people and activities connected with the agrarian-fertilistic sphere and with navigation and trade.
