Il contributo ripercorre l'evoluzione delle norme emanate in materia di esercizio dell'attività economica femminile, a partire dall'abolizione dell'autorizzazione maritale fino alle cd. azioni positive, mettendo in luce le trasformazioni del linguaggio legislativo legate ai mutamenti della posizione sociale della donna.
