The essay is about the youth's social and psychological discomfort in an historical excursus starting from the decade of the Seventies. The relationship between youth and discomfort is also analyzed through a pedagogical reflection, in which the adult perspectives are also discussed in their stereotypical approach and the need of an autonomous narrative on part of the younger generations is highlighted.
