This paper tries to answer the question of whether dessert was served at the end of meals in the Middle Ages in Sardinia, based on data obtained from written sources and archaeological documentation. The research has provided interesting results on the consumption of fruit and prepared desserts.
Nel contributo si cerca di rispondere attraverso i dati ricavabili dalle fonti scritte e dalla documentazione archeologica alla domanda se nel medioevo si usasse terminare il pasto con il dessert in Sardegna. La ricerca ha fornito risultati interessanti sul consumo di frutta e dolci preparati.
