The fifth volume of the LUDiCa Notebooks is the final opportunity to present the results of the LUDiCa 2024 workshop, which took place in September in the communities of Carloforte and Sant'Antioco. In keeping with one of the series' defining features, the narrative is interspersed with 'logbooks', which were written by participants of the LUDiCa 2024 workshop, both trainers and students, and offer critical reflections on the experience. The volume also highlights two significant innovations. First, the nature of the workshop itself has changed, as it has also served as the inaugural national training school in digital and public history for the AIPH since the 2024 edition. This has been achieved in collaboration with the Italian Association of Oral History (AISO) and the Italian Association of University Professors of Archival Sciences (AIDUSA). Secondly, in 2024, two summer camps were held simultaneously on the islands of San Pietro and Sant'Antioco. In the two Sulcis centres, participants engaged in constant dialogue with citizens and institutions, articulating and conducting their respective research questions. These focused on the relationship between the communities and their insular and archipelagic dimensions, based on the analysis of written, oral and material sources consulted and collected on site.
Il quinto volume dei “Quaderni del LUDiCa” costituisce l’ultimo momento di restituzione pubblica dei risultati ottenuti nell’ambito del LUDiCa 2024 tenutosi nel mese di Settembre nelle e con le comunità di Carloforte e Sant’Antioco. Nel rispetto di una delle caratteristiche principali della collana, il racconto è scandito dai “diari di bordo”, scritti da chi è stato protagonista del LUDiCa 2024, sia come formatore che come discente, per riflettere criticamente sull’esperienza. Il volume dà inoltre conto di due novità rilevanti. La prima riguarda la natura stessa del Laboratorio, che dall’edizione del 2024 opera anche come prima scuola nazionale di formazione in Storia Digitale e Pubblica del di AIPH, in collaborazione con l’ Associazione Italiana di Storia Orale (AISO) e l’Associazione Italiana Docenti Universitari Scienze Archivistiche (AIDUSA). La seconda è rappresentata dal fatto che nel 2024 i campi estivi sono stati due, tenuti contemporaneamente sulle isole di San Pietro e Sant’Antioco. Nei due centri del Sulcis, i partecipanti – in costante dialogo con cittadini ed istituzioni – hanno articolato e condotto le rispettive domande di ricerca, incentrate sul rapporto tra le comunità e la loro dimensione insulare e arcipelagica, basandosi sull’analisi delle fonti scritte, orali e materiali consultate e raccolte in loco.
