The private welfare is taking a increasing importance in the European regulations. The private welfare and specifically the corporate welfare, can contribute positively to company productivity and to the welfare of workers, but also to the climate of labour relations and to the overall efficiency of the system. The objective is to mobilize resources to cover needs that the public welfare is not able to satisfy. The present study analyses the problems and the opportunities offered by the implementation of the second welfare and, above all, the corporate welfare where the collective bargaining plays an important role. Furthermore, the legislation has to assume a supportive function to the private welfare.

Abstract
The private welfare is taking a increasing importance in the European regulations. The private welfare and specifically the corporate welfare, can contribute positively to company productivity and to the welfare of workers, but also to the climate of labour relations and to the overall efficiency of the system. The objective is to mobilize resources to cover needs that the public welfare is not able to satisfy. The present study analyses the problems and the opportunities offered by the implementation of the second welfare and, above all, the corporate welfare where the collective bargaining plays an important role. Furthermore, the legislation has to assume a supportive function to the private welfare.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
