We analyze a data set containing over 500 satisfaction scores of hotels in Sardinia, Italy, appearing on the TripAdvisor website during 2008– 2016. The statistical analysis involves fitting a proportional odds model with smoothing, and computing the marginal effects so that individual hotels could be identified that would benefit the most by improving certain services.

Abstract
We analyze a data set containing over 500 satisfaction scores of hotels in Sardinia, Italy, appearing on the TripAdvisor website during 2008– 2016. The statistical analysis involves fitting a proportional odds model with smoothing, and computing the marginal effects so that individual hotels could be identified that would benefit the most by improving certain services.File in questo prodotto:
