A Not Invasive Blood Pressure monitor is described. The device is based on a new method wich provides the customization of the oscillometric ratios, through an individual self calibration process. The device shows excellent accuracy: the differences between oscillometric and auscultatory measurements, both for systolic and diastolic pressures, are always less than 5 mmHg.
