La mediazione e la conciliazione con particolare riferimento al sistema colombiano

The study and research of the thesis consists in the development of Alternative Conflict Resolution Mechanisms in the field of international law and regulations, legal systems of conciliation and mediation and technical aspects of conflict analysis in law. The research is focused on highlighting the begining, showing what has been the precedent, the development and the regulatory evolution of the institutions of mediation and conciliation; legal systems that are part of alternative dispute resolution methods with specific reference to the legal reality in Colombia. System which is known in the European Union as the ADR "Alternative Dispute Resolution" which is also the same in Italy. The objective is the right to access justice, promoting the satisfactory solution of conflicts, establishing resolutions that prevent the collapse of jurisdiction, ensuring the proper functioning of the administration of justice in various legal matters and general identification of ADR systems.
