In this chapter we show some methodological developments in the PLS-PM, which, recently, are applied to social sciences, to study complex phenomena such as poverty, well-being, sustainability. In particular, developments for the treatment of non metric data and hierarchical data can really help strongly in building Model Based Social Indicators.

Abstract

In this chapter we show some methodological developments in the PLS-PM, which, recently, are applied to social sciences, to study complex phenomena such as poverty, well-being, sustainability.
