Solar PV power generation is a commonly used renewable source because of source availability and commercial purpose. However, due to interrupted power generation, solar PV system becomes more complex and challenging to the reliability of power supply to the load in standalone applications. Moreover, it has a higher cost due to the structure and requirement of a transformer. This paper proposes a novel transformerless dc-dc converter to attain higher DC link voltage to obtain AC voltage. An additional battery storage unit is integrated with a DC bus to satisfy the daily load by implementing a DC link voltage control-based energy management strategy. The MPPT operation has been implemented in this proposed novel dc-dc converter, and the SPWM control strategy has been discussed in detail. Abstract
Moreover, the simulation study validates the proposed DC link voltage control-based energy management strategy.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
