This paper presents the design of an LCL filter for grid -connected three-phase converters. In particular, an analysis was conducted on an LCL filter for a converter with a rated power of 10 kVA, considering the implementation of a space vector modulation at a frequency of 20 kHz. The passive filter has been designed with particular attention paid to the performance of the individual components. A detailed analysis of the passive filter impedance has enabled the definition of the effective behaviour of the implemented filter for the specific modulation frequency. The experimental results for the LCL filter and corresponding Land LC topologies concerning a SiC- based three-phase converter have been presented and compared in order to evaluate their performance and validate the filter design process.

Abstract
This paper presents the design of an LCL filter for grid -connected three-phase converters. In particular, an analysis was conducted on an LCL filter for a converter with a rated power of 10 kVA, considering the implementation of a space vector modulation at a frequency of 20 kHz. The passive filter has been designed with particular attention paid to the performance of the individual components. A detailed analysis of the passive filter impedance has enabled the definition of the effective behaviour of the implemented filter for the specific modulation frequency. The experimental results for the LCL filter and corresponding Land LC topologies concerning a SiC- based three-phase converter have been presented and compared in order to evaluate their performance and validate the filter design process.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
