This paper explores the latent synergies in the rural landscapes of inland Sardinia through the triadic framework of point-line-surface. It identifies three interrelated spatial dimensions: archaeological sites (points), ancient paths and connective routes (lines), and agro-pastoral territories (surfaces). Their simultaneous presence and interaction reveal a systemic potential for territorial regeneration rooted in historical, cultural, and productive continuity. The study emphasizes a shift in heritage management, especially regarding Nuragic archaeology, from static preservation to relational, landscape-based approaches. It also addresses socio-economic transitions, such as the declining role of urban centres and the emerging multifunctionality of rural enterprises. The Bio Rural-Kit, a design prototype for Monte Arci, exemplifies scalable strategies that integrate accessibility, hospitality, and local promotion while supporting sustainability and community engagement. The research proposes architecture as a key tool to foster integrated landscape systems where tangible heritage, productive activities, and experiential tourism intersect, contributing to the revitalization of marginal territories.

Abstract
The research proposes architecture as a key tool to foster integrated landscape systems where tangible heritage, productive activities, and experiential tourism intersect, contributing to the revitalization of marginal territories.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
