The "res judicata", due to all the repeated bench-warrant arrests of "Sezioni Unite", is changing phisionomy, leaving the rigid boundaries that have always distinguished its structure. In front of that metamorphis it is unwavering and urgent an interventation of the legislator, called to define such delicate matter.

Il giudicato penale, grazie ai ripetuti interventi delle Sezioni Unite, sta mutando fisionomia, abbandonando i rigidi confini, che, da sempre, hanno contraddistinto la sua struttura. Di fronte a tale metamorfosi è indefettibile ed urgente l'intervento del legislatore, chiamato a porre un punto fermo in una materia così delicata.
