Multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma (MCA) represent an uncommon benign fibrohistiocytic vascular lesion that sometimes may go undiagnosed because of its clinical and hystopathological similarities with benign fibrous histiocytoma and other soft-tissue neoplasms especially when localized on oral cavity or semi mucosa. We report the case of a solitary multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma on the lower lip of a 46-year old woman suggesting that this rare lesion should be considered in the differential diagnosis of the oral soft-tissue neoplasms.

Abstract
Multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma (MCA) represent an uncommon benign fibrohistiocytic vascular lesion that sometimes may go undiagnosed because of its clinical and hystopathological similarities with benign fibrous histiocytoma and other soft-tissue neoplasms especially when localized on oral cavity or semi mucosa. We report the case of a solitary multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma on the lower lip of a 46-year old woman suggesting that this rare lesion should be considered in the differential diagnosis of the oral soft-tissue neoplasms.File in questo prodotto:
