Abstract — This study analyzes, in 13 – to 15 - year-old students, the relationship between achievement goals, teacher-student relationships and academic self-efficacy. We assume that task goals, task goal structure and the sense of belonging to school predict the academic self-efficacy. This research highlights the importance of the teacher-student relationship in the development of motivational processes.
