Incidencia de la evolucion tecnologica en el sistema de seguridad social

The present paper analyses destiny of the welfare State at present, as it is necessary to look for solutions that guaranteed quality and sustainability of the system. The current digital revolution could be a source of financing, however it is necessary to introduce capable models of adapting to new flexible forms of work and of coexisting with traditional models. The first step, as the paper explains, it is that everyone who produces with his capability an economic value could participate properly in the quotation of the system. Therefore it is necessary a new concept of contributor. However, the viability of system should be based on international principles of equality, solidarity and dignity.
