Formazione degli insegnanti e processi di inclusione

The paper presents how the management of the educational need and its heterogeneity and complexity is expressed at school – and in the various spheres of social life – requires the structuring of a teaching body capable of constantly reflecting and interpreting change while taking advantage of the opportunities that education meets by confronting itself with diversity and special educational needs.

Il contributo presenta come la gestione dell’eterogeneità e della complessità con cui il bisogno educativo si esprime a scuola e nei diversi ambiti della vita sociale esige la strutturazione di un corpo docente capace di porsi costantemente in riflessione e interpretare il cambiamento cogliendo, allo stesso tempo, le opportunità che l’educazione incontra confrontandosi con la diversità e con il bisogno educativo speciale.
