I prodotti della sanità integrativa

This paper introduces the topic of the complementary health insurance cover, considered by the standpoint of the products thereof. First, the relationship between complementary health insurance and essential level of assistance is presented. Then, the paper analyses the statutory provisions establishing complementary health insurance, focusing on the products issued by specialized funds. Eventually, some final remarks are set out, with the purpose of highlighting the need for a comprehensive regulatory framework.

Il contributo costituisce un’introduzione al tema della sanità integrativa, condotto dallo specifico angolo visuale dei relativi prodotti. Dapprima viene inquadrato il rapporto tra sanità integrativa e livelli essenziali di assistenza. Quindi, si analizzano le fonti istitutive della sanità integrativa, per concentrare poi il focus sui prodotti dei fondi sanitari integrativi. Il contributo si conclude con alcune considerazioni conclusive, volte a evidenziare la necessità di un quadro normativo organico in materia.
