In France, as in many other States, the health emergency caused by the Covid-19 virus has caused the approval of numerous bills and decrees that have led to the compression of many citizens’ rights. The article analyses the legal acts produced during the emergency and the judgments issued by the Conseil constitutionnel and judges in relation to constitutional principles.
In Francia, come in tanti altri Stati, l’emergenza sanitaria causata dal virus Covid-19 ha generato l’approvazione di numerose leggi, regolamenti e decreti che hanno comportato la compressione dei diritti fondamentali. Il presente lavoro analizza gli atti normativi prodotti durante l’emergenza e le sentenze emesse dal Consiglio costituzionale francese, oltre che la principale giurispru- denza amministrativa.
