Forma abstrata e dimensão material do Estado em Marx

The objective of this studie is explain the process that lead Marx from his Critique of Hegel´s Philosophy of Right to elaborate the idea of the historically determined genesis of the State and Civil Society as consequences of especific social relations of production. In this track, since philosophical themes, the study of the political economy became a fundamental moment of his gnosiologic and conceptual development, on wich the meeting with Engels was central, because infused in Marx the interest to the political economy and economic history. To clarify the nature of the relations of production on which rises the Civil Society and the State, the preparation of the thesis about the “false consciousness” assume an absolut importance, enlarging the knowledge of government forms and leading by managing classes and contribute to Gramsci´s idea of hegemony.
