Il dovere della sfiducia

The author draws inspiration from the book by Tommaso Greco, La legge della fiducia, to formulate some considerations about the variety of meanings of the notion of trust, the relationships between trust and coercion and the role of trust, in its various senses, in relation to the law. In particular, on a descriptive level, she maintains that law and trust should not be seen as antagonists but as complementary; on the normative level, in the wake of the liberal political-juridical tradition she deems necessary to cultivate an attitude of systematic distrust towards the law, including the democratic-constitutional one.
