The essay proposes the edition of the only surviving copy (to date) of a Composition Bull last published in Sardinia in 1773. Together with the text it gives account of the intense work developed by Minister Bogino to put an end to this institute which greatly protected and promoted corruption crimes typical of the Public Administration.
