This paper aims at suggesting a new solutionto one of the many Apocolocyntosis’ loci difficiles(6,1). After providing a list of the main solutions advanced throughout the history of the exegesis of the text, it eventually suggests a new one, taking into consideration the palaeographic evidence and the historical and cultural context in which the Apocolocyntosisis supposed to have been written.
Lo scopo di questo contributo è di offrire una nuova soluzione a uno dei tanti loci difficilesdell’Apocolocyntosis(6,1). Dopo una lista delle principali soluzioni proposte nella storia dell’esegesi del testo, questa nota ne suggerisce infine una nuova, tenendo in considerazione l’evidenza paleografica e il contesto storico-culturale nel quale si ritiene che l’Apocolocyntosissia stata scritta.
