SCV e alcune recenti evoluzioni del diritto vaticano = Vatican City State and some recent evolutions of Vatican law

The study investigates the recent developments in the Vatican legal system that affect various areas, in particular economic-financial one, and involve the extension of the Vatican penal jurisdiction also towards Catholic Church entities and bodies, located within and also outside the Leonine walls, in real estates which, pursuant to the Lateran Treaty, enjoy the immunity granted by International Law to the headquarters of the diplomatic agents of foreign States.

Lo studio indaga sui recenti sviluppi dell’ordinamento vaticano che interessano diversi ambiti, in particolare quello economico-finanziario, e comportano l’estensione della giurisdizione penale vaticana anche nei confronti di organismi ed enti della Chiesa cattolica, ubicati all’interno delle mura leonine o anche all’esterno, in immobili che, ai sensi del Trattato del Laterano, godono delle immunità riconosciute dal diritto internazionale alle sedi degli agenti diplomatici di Stati esteri.
