La recensione ha ad oggetto il libro di Marcello Gallo dal titolo “Stimatissimo Professor Kelsen…”, contenente un dialogo ideale fra il Maestro della Scuola Torinese e l’autore della Dottrina pura del diritto. All’interno di questa brillante ‘lettera’, l’Autore mette in luce gli aspetti condivisibili del pensiero kelseniano, non mancando tuttavia di evidenziarne alcune criticità.
