We describe the synthesis and pharmacological tests of some derivatives of 1,3-benzodioxole with ketoamidic and ketoestereal lateral chain, present in sedative substances. The pharmacologial tests have proved that most of the substances inhibit motility in the mouse in doses which are not toxic to the treated animals.

Abstract
