This article analyzes the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) on the company’s strict policy of neutrality, which prohibits the use of signs of political, philosophical or religious beliefs in the workplace. The latest judgment highlights the thought of the European judge on the legitimacy of this policy without it being considered a direct discrimination if the internal rule is applied in a general and indiscriminate way.

Abstract
