Since the publication of the novel written by Roberto Saviano, Gomorrah has become a franchise which has gained popularity across numerous fruition contexts and reached a wide audience worldwide, also thanks to the production of several narrative extensions co-authored by Saviano himself, such as the film directed by Matteo Garrone and the tv series aired on Sky. Due to its transmedia nature, it is possible to consider Gomorrah a complex and heterogeneous narrative ecosystem which has projected an increasingly fictionalised image of reality, and at the same time has generated a fruitful research ecosystem linked to its circulation and reception, in Italy and abroad. Through the analysis of three key elements – voice, characters and space – we will see how the texts belonging to the Gomorrah ecosystem has been producing discourses on the depiction of reality.

Abstract
Through the analysis of three key elements – voice, characters and space – we will see how the texts belonging to the Gomorrah ecosystem has been producing discourses on the depiction of reality.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
