The essay focuses on the electoral law of the Region of Sardinia (Statutory Law No. 1/2013) to demonstrate that the electoral thresholds envisaged therein, if on the one hand they guarantee the aggregation of political forces around the main coalitions, on the other hand they are not able to prevent the fragmentation of the political-party system in the regional Council.
Il saggio si sofferma sulla legge elettorale della Regione Sardegna (l. statutaria n. 1/2013) con l’obiettivo di dimostrare che le soglie di sbarramento ivi previste, se da un lato garantiscono l’aggregazione delle forze politiche attorno alle principali coalizioni in campo, dall’altro non sono in grado di scongiurare la frammentazione del sistema politico-partitico in Consiglio regionale.
