The article aims to examine the digital transformation of the judicial system in the context of the fourth industrial revolution, focusing on the complex implications of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of justice. It explores the inter connected dynamics among Hardware, Robotics, Software, and Artificial Intelligence and their practical implications in the Justice sector. The role of AI is examined in depth, highlighting the emerging ethical and legal challenges and how old questions may resurface in new forms. The analysis extends to parallel concepts of trust in jus tice and trust in technology, considering the evolving relationship between humans and intelligent systems. Conclusive considerations on the legal challenges associated with AI, situated at the intersection of hardware, software, artificial intelligence, and robotics, outline future prospects for an increasingly technologically advanced judicial system. How ever, it is necessarily anchored in the need to ensure transparency and fairness.

Abstract
How ever, it is necessarily anchored in the need to ensure transparency and fairness.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
