The polysemy of the term 'usability' in the regulatory texts in which the building discipline is articulated has increased. Therefore, only by employing an epistemologically updated method can we hope to bring the interpretative problems related to that fragmentation into a system, so as to arrive at a use of the same term according to different instances.

È accresciuta la polisemia del termine ‘agibilità’ nei testi normativi in cui si articola la disciplina edilizia. Pertanto, solo impiegando un metodo epistemologicamente aggiornato si può confidare di condurre a sistema le problematiche interpretative correlate a quella frammentarietà, in modo da pervenire ad un impiego del medesimo termine in funzione di istanze differenti.
