Impresa familiare e proprietà intellettuale

The work examines the legal regime of intangibles created by the family member who provides their work within the framework of Article 230-bis italian civil code, and reviews the various provisions set by the Industrial Property Code and the Copyright Law in order to assess their compatibility with the participation rights granted to family members by that Article.

Il lavoro esamina il regime giuridico dei beni immateriali creati dal familiare che presta la propria opera nell'impresa familiare dell'art. 230-bis c.c., e passa in rassegna le varie disposizioni previste dal Codice della Proprietà Industriale e dalla Legge sul Diritto d'Autore al fine di valutarne la compatibilità con i diritti di partecipazione riconosciuti ai familiari da tale articolo.
