This Article aims at sheding light upon the Directive 2016/680 (so called “Law Enforcement Directive”) in the Covid-19 scenario. In this regard, the analysis of most important aspects of this recently enacted Directive on data protection in the police and criminal justice sectors that will be determinative of its effective and consistent application in practice in the health emergency.

Abstract

This Article aims at sheding light upon the Directive 2016/680 (so called “Law Enforcement Directive”) in the Covid-19 scenario.
