Following a general overview of the subject of the investigation, the reasons for the study, and the method employed, attention was then focused on the issue relating to the territorially competent court when the 'title' pertains to services provided in areas different from that of the civil judiciary: in particular, in the case of legal representation provided in administrative disputes. To such an extent: having taken into account the 'dedicated' jurisprudential solution, a critical analysis has been carried out, proposing alternative solutions; also making use of a brief overview regarding the contribution of the same 'component' on the subject of applicable procedures to recover debts accrued in relation to professional services provided by lawyers.
