This research investigates the mechanical and durability performance of concrete incorporating fine and coarse recycled concrete aggregates (RCA), aiming to reduce the environmental impact of concrete production. A comprehensive experimental program was conducted over two years, including compressive and tensile strength, modulus of elasticity, creep, shrinkage, ultrasonic, oxygen and water permeability, carbonation, and freeze–thaw resistance. Additionally, 48 full-scale composite slabs were cast and tested to evaluate the structural behavior and long-term performance of recycled aggregate concrete.

Abstract
This research investigates the mechanical and durability performance of concrete incorporating fine and coarse recycled concrete aggregates (RCA), aiming to reduce the environmental impact of concrete production. A comprehensive experimental program was conducted over two years, including compressive and tensile strength, modulus of elasticity, creep, shrinkage, ultrasonic, oxygen and water permeability, carbonation, and freeze–thaw resistance. Additionally, 48 full-scale composite slabs were cast and tested to evaluate the structural behavior and long-term performance of recycled aggregate concrete.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
