Abstract
Magnetoluminescence spectroscopy of the photopumped stimulated emission, together with systematic photoluminescence studies as a function of the photogeneration rate, were used to identify the main recombination mechanisms occurring in shallow Zn0.10Cd0.90Se/ZnSe multiple quantum wells for blue-green laser applications. Although the main spontaneous recombination processes have excitonic character, we found that lasing originates from free-carrier transitions.File in questo prodotto:
