This work is to analyze the Italian class action on the basis of the comments offered by the doctrine and jurisprudence. Particularly, it investigates the procedural aspects of that institute and attempts to fill the regulatory gaps. Finally, it examines in detail the contents of the documents instituting, the concept of homogeneity and the discipline of so-called adherence.
