The paper aims to revisit the succession of forced heirs, by means of the quantitative revision of the reserve shares. Furthermore, the inevitability of the reform aimed at equating the cohabitant more uxorio with the spouse is underlined.
Lo scritto si propone di rivisitare la successione dei legittimari, per mezzo della revisione quantitativa delle quote di riserva. Ulteriormente, viene sottolineata l’ineludibilità della riforma volta a equiparare il convivente more uxorio al coniuge.
